my home Spring 2010

Weather changes moods …Tender age in bloom …Spring is here again

…but this year, I get to experience it first-hand and it’s nirvana.

When I stand in my kitchen, I get an almost 360 view via four windows on each side of the house …and it makes me so happy just to be able to look out and see trees and nature and blue skies.

The light that shines into our new house has done wonders for my mood. The 3 story condo we spent the last 6 years in had 3 windows total in the entire place. Only 3 windows! And the one window/sliding door that was down stairs looked out to the salmon stucco building and windows of other tenants. Yes, I may be being a bit dramatic but it was like being in jail. I’m so happy to get to enjoy not only the views of the outdoors but to have my own front and backyard with blooming fruit and flowers and trees. It makes me smile every single day.
