Vanity Fair NEW Invisible Lines Bra + Fit Guide

A few months ago I partnered with Vanity Fair for their “Women Who Do” Initiative, a powerfully uplifting campaign dedicated to celebrating the everyday triumphs of women everywhere. In addition, they’ve also partnered with Dress for Success where they donate bras to women who need them on their LiftTour.

Vanity Fair’s newest bra, the Invisible Lines Bra in-stores like Macy’s, JCPenney and Kohl’s this month and shown here, is the latest in their “Beautifully Smooth” collection and I’m loving it. It was a bit snug around the back when I first put it on, but within the next hour of wearing it, kind of stretched out for the perfect fit. Almost the way jeans begin to fit your body and mold to your curves after wearing them, or how shoes morph into the way you walk in them over time, it feels like this bra was made especially for me.

Because of the comfort and support it offers, the Invisible Lines bra has become my new perfect workout bra. It holds everything in place, while still managing to make the girls look nice and upright without smashing them down. While I’m not small, I’m not huge either. I’m a 34C, if you must know 😉, so I don’t need a ton of support for running, though I need enough, and this bra is it. I’ve always had special bras for certain silhouettes, like strapless, and pretty bras for special occasions, but I’ve never had a fitness bra really, and I’m kind of excited actually to have a completely separate bra for my workouts. Normally I’d just wear my regular, everyday bras, but I’m definitely loving a dedicated workout bra. Do you have dedicated bras for different functions and activities in your life?

Since finding the perfect bra sometimes feels impossible {apparently four out of five women wear the wrong-size bra!!}, here’s a little Q&A infograhic from Vanity Fair to help us all out! Though I did learn via the Vanity Fair Twitter Party last week, that each manufacturer’s bras and sizing run a bit differently. I suppose if you know your true size though, you can try on only the few in that range and then use the guide below.
