But really, it’s just warming up and I’m so excited! Summer is HERE and I am itching to get out in the sun. Though it seems with my new writing jobs at Babble {3 @Beaty and 3 @Style = 6 per week} it’s like I have a full-time job outside of blogging again. And actually, it’s quite welcomed. Because though I am ridiculously busy, it’s nice to have “something else” which I’ve felt was lacking ever since I quit my job at the art gallery at the end of 2011 to blog full-time. {The grass is always greener ;}
I wore this over the weekend… anything but sneakers looked too fussy. I tell you, I just can’t be bothered with heels too often anymore. It would probably be different if I left the house to go to work, actually I’m sure of it, but since I don’t, they seem pointless. And when I do leave the house, my wardrobe is mostly casual, relaxed, weekend-wear, and now I have a closet full of heels and nowhere to go 😉
But my feet and back are extremely happy for it.
