Title: lyrics from Lionel Richie Running With The Night… I’m absolutely obsessed with old Lionel Richie songs at the moment 😉 I mean, always, but I recently bought the greatest hits album and can’t get enough. Also, the video is ’80s AMAZING.

You know I LOVE pairing green with leopard print, but I’m super into rich greens and vivid purples right now, and the leopard so perfectly balanced the two out. This day in particular happened to be a bit warmer and I didn’t need tights, though they couldn’t have hurt either and would have gone well with the ensemble. It was fun wearing a dress for a change and even better to be able to wear a Summer dress into the Fall by layering the blouse under it and the coat over it. I also think it would have been totally cute with little loafer flats or even lace up oxfords, but the boots were the warmer choice. I would have definitely needed tights had I not worn them. This would actually be a really cute Thanksgiving outfit… had I not already worn it.
