Sorcerer… Lady from the Mountain

retro 70's romantic bohemian look, stevie nicks style, black and white outfit

What I’m Wearing…

* Old black sweater {seen here ages ago w/lace up tights} and leggings
* Ivory bohemian lace dress {similar here} by Free People… and I’m kind of dying for this one
* Vintage velvet floppy hat {was my grandma’s} Last seen here
* DVF round sunglasses
* Suede black boots by Rosegold last seen here on NYE

* Title: lyrics from Stevie Nicks “Sorcerer”… not a favorite, per se, but it fits

I bought this dress a while back for Summer… but have been dying to wear it in the winter, all layered up, in a sort of Stevie Nicks romantic bohemian sort of way, complete with floppy hat and big round sunglasses, and though it’s a bit bulky, it was just as fun as I thought it would be. I actually wrote about Stevie Nicks as a style icon in my book {more on the book later} and how she’s stayed true to her style throughout the years. This is just a fun, modern twist on her look, fun for a day, every once in a while, but not me on the regular. Also a fun spin on all the black and white we’ve been seeing for Spring, in a less than “modern” way, which I love. But now I’m looking forward to wearing it this Summer.
