I think I found The Party Parade last week or so via CraftGawker and have had the window open ever since just waiting to share it. And since I can’t seem to focus on anything at all today, it’s the perfect day to do so.
It’s the perfect way to decorate and celebrate those kiddo birthdays that fall near Halloween…
