Nail Polish Storage: Chanel, OPI, Essie, Zoya, Butter, RGB

If the opportunity presents itself, meaning: if I have enough other cabinet space in the bathroom to permit it, which I just so happen to have at the moment, I love storing my nail polishes {& nail tools} in the medicine cabinet above the sink.

Here’s why: It all stays in one place. It helps me weed out the old colors because I only have so much space to add new ones. I love opening the cabinet and seeing all the pretty colors. I love how organized it always looks. And I love that if I ever have a snoopy guest, this is all they’ll find 😉

* I bought those nail patches at Sephora ages ago & have yet to try them.
* That seafoam green nail buffer was my mom’s …from the 60’s. I don’t actually use it but I like the way it looks {though it looks dirtier in the photo than I ever noticed in person}
* I think my favorite brand of nail polish is OPI. It just seems to be the easiest to apply and stays on the longest.
* I go through nail files like water …I just bought 4 new ones yesterday. yay.
* If I go to the nail salon instead of doing my own mani/pedi I prefer to bring along my own color …so I can do touch-ups the very next day when it chips. grrr.
* I like Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cremejust after removing polish.
* I’m not a huge fan of Zoya nail polishes {because they seem to peel off my nails, yuck} but I LOVE Zoya Nail Polish Removerbecause it’s gentle, isn’t awful to smell & apparently moisturizes & nourishes 😉
* I used Polka Dots Contact Paperfor the shelves of the cabinet
