business of blogging Contributors & Guests

Meet My New Contributors!

As I finally close all the gaps in the new site and fix broken links and work out the kinks, I can finally relax a little and let go and know that everything will align and fall into place… though if you’re a subscriber, you may have realized that posts are not sending out as they should and we’re still working on fixing that. BUT I mentioned that I had a few new contributors to this fun space and I’ve just been dying to share them with you!

I’m really so excited to bring on a few new voices and honored to have these fabulous ladies begin sharing their stories and creativity right here. Right now I have three permanent contributors and possible guest contributors in the works as well. Expect to see a few posts a month from each of these lovelies in addition to my daily posts {which will not decrease} as such.

My new blog design and layout allows for multiple posts to go live in the same day, since they don’t load fully on the page like they used to. This is exciting for me because I get to make …love Maegan a bit more well-rounded and offer life stories that are not only different than my own, but may be more relatable to your own life as well.

For instance, since I don’t have children yet, there’s a big gaping void in the family/life/kiddo area, and a few of these lovely ladies who are moms will be able to bring a little bit of that warmth right here, and so much more. I hope you enjoy their posts as much as I do.

And as I {if I} add more contributors, I will add them to this page as well so you can always refer back to it to learn a little more about them if you’re curious. But in addition to this, at the end of each post now is an “author” box with a bio and social media links. This is where you’ll be able to connect with my contributors and distinguish posts/authors. AND via that “author box” if you click on their name, it will take you to a page populated with ONLY their posts, which I’m really excited about too!

So without further ado, I give you, my new …love Maegan contributors:

patty-contributor

This is Patty, well, this in fact, is Patty’s adorable daughter, but we may see a photo of Patty soon. Patty is a Food & Lifestyle blogger who writes about her approach to balanced and mindful living in the hustle & bustle of Los Angeles. She will be sharing healthy recipes, her ideas about staying in good health through food, fitness (which she prefers to call moving your body) & ways to stay connected with your true soul self, as well as a glimpse into her personal life through family, motherhood & travel.

FUN FACT: Patty and I went to high school together 🙂

drollgirl-contributor

This is drollgirl, er Simba, drollgirl’s beautiful cat. You may know her from her sometimes hilarious but most times artful blog drollgirl.com. I know her because I used to work with her at the art gallery and I miss her daily now that I don’t get to see her anymore. She’s a great photographer and a bit of an artist herself, but is far too humble to admit it and she’ll be sharing mostly great art and new artists here with an occasional book review and/or bit of pop culture thrown in for fun.

You can also find drollgirl on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.

Michele-contributor

This is Michele. You may know her as NoModelLady from her blog, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and/or Facebook. Michele’s writing style is hilarious and honest, and that’s why I love her. What’s also really exciting is that Michele is an American expat living in Japan, which just blows my mind!

She’s a Military wife and mother of two adorable boys and one temperamental cat and will be sharing a little bit of everything, including life overseas, family, health, fitness, fashion and more.

I can’t wait to begin sharing their posts so be on the lookout for new content, as well as my daily style, DIY, home, and lifestyle posts.
