Light & Easy Yogurt Pie | The Perfect Springtime Dessert

This easy dessert recipe was passed down to me from my mom who has been making it for Easter since I was a kid. I have taken over, however, the making part for the last ten years or so …it’s so easy. And sooooo yummy {and really kind of healthy}! I’m not sure where she initially got it from but you may have heard of it before.

What You’ll Need…

* Two of your favorite yogurts {I used boysenberry here, lemon is delish too}
* One {entire} 8oz tub of Cool Whip {it’s the smaller one} …soft, not frozen
* One ready-made graham cracker pie crust

Steps…

* Stir yogurts in their containers …empty into mixing bowl

* Add Cool Whip

* Mix/Stir until nice and smooth

* Pour into ready-made pie crust

* Lick utensils and bowls

* Replace lid and refrigerate for at least an hour …the longer the better

* Remove and serve
