This is an old photo of LeRoy a couple years ago in our condo …staring at a half eaten apple …it’s so close he can taste it.
If LeRoy even smells an apple in my bag, he will sit and stare at it relentlessly until I remove the apple and show it to him …and when he’s lucky, he gets some. He bites it with his front teeth aggressively and it makes me giggle every time …which is why he gets so many apples!
He never gets to eat the skin but many times I’ll save what I don’t want for him to nibble. In the video below, I ate my apple on the way home from work so it was fresh for him when I walked out of the garage and into our backyard where he was awaiting my arrival …or the apple’s arrival 😉
