Just a Little Cozy Go-to Outfit for Winter

winter outfit green skinny cords

What I’m Wearing…

* Cozy long sweater from Asos last year… I JUST wore this in my last outfit post, but tucked in the front. I love this sweater! I wish they had more colors available!
* My favorite furry vest by Free People
* Vintage leopard print blouse layered under
* Green skinny cords by BLANK NYC
* Black wristlet by Alexander Wang
* Sunglasses by Chloe
* Gloves were a gift {not sure where they’re from}
* Crocs Ocean Minded boots from last winter {love these… only size 5 available now!}

As I was working on my latest post for Babble Style, 9 Cozy Chic Ways to Wear Skinny Cords for Winter, I found this cozy outfit from last winter that never made it to the blog, and so I thought I’d add it now… especially because this is still a go-to winter outfit for me whenever I need to run out. In any color combo, this works, and it’s easy, and I love it.

It’s funny about these gloves… my good friend Alison gave them to me years ago when I still lived in LA and while I thought they were super adorable, I didn’t really wear them that often because it wasn’t cold enough to. But NOW, I wear them nearly every time I go out. I LOVE that they’re fingerless so I can still use my phone, and sometimes if it’s REALLY cold, I’ll bring mittens to wear over them. So what was just the cutest gift ever became the most functional gift ever, so thanks Lady 🙂
