The weather so far this winter has not been very “wintery” and is a little depressing to be honest. We moved here for full seasons, including snow, not for just colder versions of LA winters!!! I kid/I kid… but because we haven’t had snow, I can kind of get away with wearing slip on flats without socks during the day as long as I bundle up on top. And little did I know until recently that faux leather leggings are really ridiculously warm, which is a bonus. I’ve worn this sweater far too many times to count, but I love the length and the curved bottom especially with leggings because it’s more flattering all the way around 😉 {especially when a certain someone is still eating like it’s the holidays!}

I threw this on to go grab a quick bite and then to the movies with the husband, though I did bring my furry vest to throw over it in the theater. We saw The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, which was beautiful, funny, thought-provoking, and had a wonderful soundtrack. Really everything you want in a movie. We left a little teary-eyed, and honestly, I never wanted it to end.
