* Title: Alessia Cara – Wild Things I’d Rather Be A Wild One Instead

This was a few weeks ago, right after the last big snowfall… and now the weather is very spring-like, and got me worrying that winter is over… which in theory, is fantastic, but really, we need more winter to help this drought situation become less of a situation.

I’ve noticed the lake level has risen in the bays, which makes me so happy, and the mountains much greener as I drive down to the flatlands… but it’s been in the 80s-90s down in LA and though it’s still nice and cool up here, we need more winter to make everything greener so we can make it to next winter safely. So as much as I really am looking forward to summer, we need a few more winter storms before getting out of the woods.

Trevor update: we did not get him home last night 🙁 There was a random worry and the doctors wanted to keep him one more night. Hopefully he’ll be home with us today though.
