Next up in my DIY Hacks: 2015 Fall Fashion Trends series Duster Vests and/or Sleeveless Coats {they’re kind of going by two names now, and as far as I can tell they’re pretty much the same so, whichever you prefer}.

While I didn’t see this look specifically in the recent Fall trend reports I’ve been pulling my DIY hack inspiration from, the sleeveless coat has been included in various pre-fall and fall collections and are surprisingly versatile and perfect for fall transitional weather. They’re like the best of both worlds, really, so I had to include it.

But it’s a bit of a slow trend, this one… because back in 2009 Michael Kors showed a sleeveless camel coat that was impeccable which inspired my own – DIY Sleeveless Coat. I haven’t worn it much since I made it, but I’m definitely feeling it now, and if you look below, you can see that the style is widely varied.
