I’ve never done a skin peel of any kind before, I don’t really have an extensive or expensive skincare regimen, I don’t get facials professionally and I don’t even do those at-home masks. And then minutes after I agreed, I worried it would be this insanely arduous process with a million steps and scrubbing and using some mechanical brush to exfoliate and on and on and on… but no. It’s actually a really simple two-step process!
The product arrived and it was full of 6 weeks worth of pre-wrapped facial wipes that say Step one and Step two. I mean, how easy is that? You swipe one pad all over your face (avoiding eyes and mouth), wait ten minutes then swipe the other pad all over your face and rinse. You can use it two times a week. The end.
The Exuviance® Performance Peel AP25 is basically a skin exfoliator that is formulated to brighten, smooth, refine and firm your skin and claims to boost radiance, improve pores and improve overall appearance of skin and I guess that’s what I’m hoping it will do.
Since I’ve never done a peel before I guess I don’t have any expectations for it at all, which is probably the best place to start. I am hoping I see some positive difference though and so I’m taking you along for the ride.
