Beauty // Makeup Art : Tiny Little Springtime Face Landscapes

Makeup is art - Artist Martha Butterworth - spring cleaning makeup look

I had no idea how to title this post because how on earth do you give something as clever and cute and creative as this – a name?

Makeup artist Martha Butterworth has come up with some of the cutest little springtime makeup looks which include tiny figurines busy spring cleaning, fishing, swimming and anything else you can think of. She’s incorporated a really cool makeup look into the artistic landscape with the figurines to create one of a kind works of art – on her face! I honestly don’t even know how to do them justice describing them, they’re just so cute!

I thought they were the perfect way to kick off spring, which officially began yesterday, and of which I wasn’t aware until I scrolled through my Instagram feed and spied everyone’s pretty photos of flowers and spring-like beauty. So I’m a day behind… head still a bit in the clouds.

With snow on the ground, it still feels like winter up here, but I’ve been noticing the pink cherry blossoms blooming on the mountain and knew spring was in the air!
